Do you hire out your costumes?
Regrettably not at the moment but it is something we are looking into!
Is the item in stock? Unless you are very unlucky and someone has just bought the costume you need before you, the item will be in stock unless shown otherwise. We suggest if you need your sexy costume in a hurry you give us a call just to be on the safe side – we are here to help.
Can I order an item if it is not in stock? If you wish to order an item that is not in stock then please contact us. We will confirm availability and estimated delivery. We use only solid reliable suppliers so delivery shouldn't be too long if not available straight away.
How long does delivery take ?
We use Royal Mail signed for service and our post is collected every day so your order should be with you in a few working days. If you need Special Delivery give us a call and this will guarantee what day your order arrives.
Will my new sexy costume fit?
Like all High Street shops the costume sizes of the manufacturers we use vary greatly. They rarely run large so if you are in between sizes always err on the side of caution and go a size larger. If you call us we can advise of the best size for you however, we have sized each item according to manufacturer's size guides.
If I find a costume cheaper elsewhere on the net will you price match?
Unless someone is selling at below cost we can nearly always beat any price you find in the UK online (auction sites excluded of course).
Delivery and Payment
We aim to despatch all order within 3 working days (UK signed for delivery £3.95) however, it is usually much quicker. All items are packed in plain discreet packaging and delivered to your door. Our busy periods are September to the end of October and the weeks leading up to Christmas so please accept that orders will take longer over this period. Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery for first class recorded delivery. If you need to guarantee delivery please contact us before ordering to ensure we have the item in stock.

Sexy Costumes UK carries a huge stock however, like any store High St or online, it is impossible to keep every item in every size and colour in stock at any time. If you need your costume urgently please check stock by emailing us info@sexycostumesuk.co.uk
All payment transactions are performed using Sagepay which is one of the safest forms of payment on the net. You can use your debit, credit card except American Express. If you are new to web ordering please feel free to contact us.
We are partnered with Royal Mail who are extremely reliable. Your order will be sent out by standard mail or recorded delivery which usually takes around 2-4 working days although a certain delivery time is not guaranteed with this service. Please note Royal Mail do not class a first class mail delivery lost until 15 working days. If for any reason the item is not delivered to you through no fault of Sexy Costumes UK and is returned to us, we shall refund your order less our postage and packing costs. If you do wish us to re-send the item a further £3.95 will be charged. If you choose the Special Delivery option this is subject to stock availability and ordering before 11am your item will be sent out for next day delivery before 1pm.
Substitutions
If an item is out of stock we reserve the right to send a similar alternative product of the same value or less, we will never charge you the customer more. If you do not wish a sister item to be sent please advise at time of ordering.
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund (less postage) within 7 days of receipt. However you MUST advise us by email or phone that you are returning the item within 7 days of receipt.. You MUST obtain a returns number. No Returns Number Strictly No Refund. Excuses such as you cannot get through on the phone will not be accepted - send an email with a reader receipt that way you will know we have received it and the returns number will be emailed to you. The item must be unworn with all tags in place and in original packaging which must be complete as the item has be re-sold. If the item is returned outside the 7 day period or in an unsaleable condition, it will be returned to the customer and charged at cost. No refund will be given. This includes items smelling strongly of cigarette smoke and worn items which we scan to make sure item has not been worn. If these instructions are not adhered to the item will be returned to you and further postage charged. If the accessories packs are opened the item will not be accepted back as this shows intent to wear.
We recommend you return any items to us by a traceable Royal Mail method such as recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for items which are returned to us whatsoever. Returns are solely at the responsibility of the customer.
Important: For any items which are returned without proper Royal Mail payment a £10 charge will be deducted from any refund due to cover return postage, surcharge by Royal Mail and collection from our local sorting office by a member of our staff. There are no exceptions to this clause as it is clearly listed in our return's policy the customer is responsible for the cost of returns.
Returns and refunds are processed in batches not singly so please do not enquire until after 14-21 working days if you have not received notification that your item has been returned safely and refunded. Please note we are a small company and are unable to answer queries about returns individually until a two week period has expired. Please note we do not exchange, should you require an alternative item please re-order in the usual way online.
